The "group" is a scalable consulting model, with senior counsel led by Erika Gabrielsen Neumann. The company was founded in 1998 out of Silicon Valley and has spanned projects and geographies across the US.  Today, it operates from Chebeague Island, Maine.

 

The EGGroup was named after Erika's entrepreneurial mother Betts S. Gabrielsen Mayer who pioneered, The Gabrielsen Group, a counseling model based on the values and philosophy that words have the power to transform and recover lives when they are transparent, clear and honest.
